Now…
I started this blog on a whim to talk about my journey of being pregnant at 41. But here we are today, getting over a miscarriage and undergoing major self-discovery.
Then…
From March 2018:
I am OVER THE TOP excited about being pregnant! This is a total surprise! We weren’t able to get pregnant on our own, so we did 2 rounds of IVF, and we have 2 toddlers as a result.
The very first implantation caused an ectopic pregnancy, so we lost our first heartbeat and a Fallopian tube. Now I’m 41. The odds of getting pregnant at my age are only 10%. Remove a tube and the odds have to be worse!
Tomorrow, April 3rd, 2018, will be my first visit with the Dr. And the start of our journey here together. I’ll share my milestones, and God-forbid, my heartaches. Since this is my 3rd, and last, I already know some tips that I’ll be able to talk about and share. I’m soooo excited!!!
